Kutta Technologies has developed a revolutionary Unified Ground Control Station (UGCS) software system capable of interfacing with a multitude of different Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) platforms using STANAG 4586 protocol. This innovative software can be tailored to unique vehicle specifications and delivered in a variety of hardware platforms based on customer needs. This interoperability significantly streamlines development costs for emerging unmanned vehicle programs, and bolsters operational effectiveness for manned / unmanned teaming.
Originally funded by the U.S. Army's Aviation Applied Technology Directorate (AATD), the UGCS was developed on sound human factors design principles with intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI) layouts. The modular design of the UGCS allows a user to add a variety of Mission Planning Components (MPC) to the core of the system to create enhanced functionality, minimize operator workload, and maximize the probability of mission success.
